The Terms & Conditions of this Commercial Disclosure govern all purchases and use of services provided by Suzaku Gifts under Vanessa Watanabe. By purchasing from us, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Products & Services

  • We sell two types of mixed surprise packages – the Mystery Gift Scoops and the Mystery Snack Scoops – consisting of various items randomly selected from a set inventory based on our scoop system.
  • Products shown in photos are for illustrative purposes only. Exact contents will vary from a select inventory, and no guarantee is made regarding which specific items will be received.
  • We also sell various gift bundles. These gift bundles are subject to change. We reserve the right to change or edit the contents of these gift bundles at any time (before date of purchase) without notifying the clients.
  • All items are sourced from reputable suppliers and checked for quality before shipment.

Orders

  • All orders must be placed through our official website.
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt of the order. Depending on availability of stock, the holiday season, and depending on the location of delivery address, orders should arrive within 14 business days.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in cases such as suspected fraud or supply limitations.

Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are originally listed in USD ($) and are all found in the Shop.
  • Additional fees such as shipping are not included in the pricing stated in the Shop. Shipping fees are set and are made visible at checkout.
  • Customers may also be subject to currency conversion fees.
  • Any importing taxes are covered by the customer.
  • Payments must be completed at the time of ordering through accepted payment methods on this website.
  • Accepted payment methods include Credit / Debit Cards.
  • All credit and debit card payments are processed immediately.
  • We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Domestic (Japan) deliveries are made via Japan Post or Yamato. International deliveries are made via Japan Post ePacket Light (or equivalent).
  • Shipping costs are fixed. Shipping fees are made visible after entering the delivery address at checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays due to postal services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.
  • All packages will be shipped under the sender name “Vanessa Watanabe” in order to simplify possible issues related to customs.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Due to the randomized nature of our scoop system, all sales are final.
  • All Gift Bundles are also non-refundable.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
  • We carefully inspect all items before shipping to ensure they are in perfect condition. Please note: We cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged during shipping. Once the package leaves our facility, the risk of loss or damage passes to the shipping carrier.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Risk & Liability

  • Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.
  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
  • We do not guarantee specific items will be received, only that the scoop system will be honored fairly.
  • All food items are checked to be within their best-before or expiration date at the time of shipping.
  • Suzaku Gifts cannot guarantee the remaining shelf life after delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for checking product labels before consumption.
  • Ingredient and allergen information is provided by the original manufacturers and may not always be available in English.
  • Customers with food allergies or dietary sensitivities should use caution before consuming any food items.
  • Suzaku Gifts is not liable for any allergic reactions, health issues, or damages resulting from the consumption of any food products.
  • By purchasing from Suzaku Gifts, you acknowledge and accept the following risks and limitations.

  • We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, shipping address, payment details (processed securely by our payment provider), and order information.
